I posted this on another board topic, and didn't really get much response, although it was under different circumstances. Basically what I'm trying to do is, I'm trying to generate the ascii characters, in other words the alt combos with the numpad thingies, on my laptop. These are basically used for foreign characters and other symbols, and if you're a computer geek you proably know something of the sort. Anyway, how do you do this on a laptop, as there is no numpad? Also I am familiar with the "m = 0, j = 1, etc, but for some reason, it doesn't seem to work when I am trying to write the character. Any help?
